Our journey begins far beyond the cup, in the soils of legendary coffee growing regions across the world. From the high altitude slopes of Timor-Leste, to the mist covered mountains of South America, COFFEE sources only from iconic, heritage varieties that have shaped global coffee culture for generations.
But origin alone isn’t enough. Every harvest we select goes through stringent, laboratory grade testing to ensure absolute purity. We screen for the contaminants most commonly found in commercial coffee but never accepted in ours:
- Ochratoxin A
- Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2)
- Pesticide residues
- Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic)
- Microbial contamination including moulds, yeasts, and mycotoxins
- PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons)
- Residual solvents
Only coffees that meet our uncompromising standards – zero detectable toxins, mould-free, and microbiologically pristine, earn the right to become COFFEE.
Once approved, each bean is roasted the way great coffee used to be: with time, intuition, and respect for tradition. Our roasters follow classical profiles – slow and deliberate curves that unlock sweetness, balance acidity, and preserve the integrity of the bean. No shortcuts. No industrial over processing. Grown with care by artisans, item bodies balance, smoothness, and a timeless full body. It requires no addition, only the patient work of cultivation and a perfectly judged roast. This is coffee at its most dependable, with a rich, classic taste profile that elevates everyday rituals while still delighting the connoisseur.

Wild Coffee
Arabica Robusta Blend
Bold & Untamed flavour, savoured as something special.
Beyond organic — it’s wild. Foraged from a remote nature reserve, this rare bean is a naturally occurring hybrid of Arabica and Robusta. The medium roast brings out the Arabica’s signature flavour profile: smooth, balanced acidity with notes of caramel, toasted nuts, and subtle cocoa, layered over gentle fruit undertones. Its polyphenols lend it a medium-bodied richness, while the Robusta lineage gives it are silent, hardy character, allowing it to thrive in the wild without pesticides or commercial cultivation. Bold, untamed, and alive with natural complexity — this is coffee in its most primal form.
